Don't argue or explain

If a collector, dealer or insurer calls, you can simply say you have a lawyer and hang up.

Keep everything

Letters, texts, emails, voicemails, receipts and contracts. Screenshots are fine.

Write down dates

When it started, who called, what they said. A rough timeline is enough.
